Nestwell Environmental is a locally owned mold and moisture inspection company serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and Stratford. We specialize exclusively in independent mold testing, air sampling, moisture investigations, and clear, easy-to-understand reporting for business owners, landlords, and home owners.

Our background comes from years of working in building operations, construction projects, and property environments alongside engineers, architects, municipal inspectors, and remediation professionals.
